For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• To start a return, email us with your order number. Do not send items back before we confirm.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
